From game action to athlete portraits and hype content, this service is built to capture performance, emotion, and moments that matter—perfect for recruiting, promotion, and social media. 3 Packages Starter (single game / session)- $250 -1 game or 60–90 minute session -Action photography only -30–40 edited images -Digital delivery Team Standard- $650 -Game coverage OR team session -Action + posed shots -75–100 edited images -Team + individual athlete usage Season / Premium-$1,500 -Multiple games or sessions -Action + portraits + team shots -Optional highlight video -Full season usage rights
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 1/1/25 Thank you for choosing Rozco’s Productions. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the session. Payment is accepted via Card, Cash, or Direct Deposit. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation without a refund of the deposit. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may reschedule up to 48 Hours before the session, subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 Hours of the session will forfeit the deposit. If Rozco’s Productions cancels, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 3. Photo & Video Delivery Final edited photos/videos will be delivered within 7-14 Days. Raw files will not be provided unless agreed in writing. Delivery is digital via an online gallery or download link. Physical storage incurs extra charges. 4. Copyright & Usage Rights Rozco’s Productions retains copyright to all images/videos. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use as agreed. Clients may not edit, alter, sell, or redistribute content without written consent. 5. Creative Control Rozco’s Productions maintains full creative control over composition, editing, and final delivery. Additional re-edit requests beyond the package may incur fees. 6. Liability & Force Majeure Rozco’s Productions is not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure) affecting the shoot. In force majeure cases (e.g., natural disasters), Rozco’s Productions may cancel or reschedule without liability. 7. Client Responsibility Clients must secure necessary permissions (e.g., venue access, permits). Additional costs (e.g., location fees, travel) are the client’s responsibility. Clients are responsible for participant behavior. Equipment damage due to negligence may result in charges. 8. Model Release Clients grant permission for images/videos to be used in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless they opt out in writing before the session. 9. Agreement & Modifications Booking confirms that clients have read and agreed to these terms.
